The Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) has opened a Call for Inputs to help prepare its 2027 Opinion on the EU Roaming Regulation, ahead of the European Commission’s upcoming review.

Stakeholders can submit views, evidence, and updates by 21 August 2026 via an EU Survey, preferably in English. Late submissions will not be considered.

BEREC says the 2027 Opinion will build on its 2024 and 2025 work while incorporating any new market developments, including issues related to the Roaming Regulation and rules on Fair Use Policy and sustainability.

The regulator is encouraging early contributions and invites input on recent trends and changes in the roaming sector since the last consultation cycle.
