The Ministry of Health invites health institutions and units under its subordination to submit projects for funding through the National Crime Prevention Support Mechanism, within 20 working days from the publication of the announcement on the ministry’s website, according to WHO No. 2141/2025.

The application file must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include:

• the proposed project;

• project presentation sheet;

• self-assessment questionnaire;

• the declaration on the avoidance of double funding.

The maximum value of a project is 1,300,000 lei (including VAT) .

Projects will be evaluated and selected for funding within the available budget, based on the specific criteria set out in OMS No. 2141/2025 and the general criteria established by Law No. 318/2015 on the National Agency for the Management of Seized Assets.
