The Minister of Health, Cseke Attila, announced that the ministry has submitted proposals to amend the Salary Law, many of which are already included in the draft currently under consideration. Among the agreed measures are the increase in the bonus for emergency room guards from 20% to 30%, the introduction of a pilot program for performance-based salary, and the review of the granting of bonuses for dangerous conditions, based on clear criteria adapted to each specialty. Technical discussions will continue to clarify some aspects and to comply with budgetary limits. Cseke Attila emphasized that his goal is to maintain the income of medical personnel and create a fairer and more transparent salary system.
