The Ministry of Health achieves a 91% absorption rate of PNRR funds intended for the medical sector

The absorption rate of European funds allocated to Health through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan increased to 91%, compared to the previously recorded level of 66%.

The progress reflects the acceleration of investments in hospital infrastructure, the modernization of outpatient clinics, the digitalization of the system and the provision of medical equipment. The Ministry of Health has asked beneficiaries to maintain the high pace of work and continue uploading supporting documents to dedicated platforms.
