The Connect Europe Policy Summit 2026, organised by Connect Europe, will take place on 2 June 2026 in Brussels, bringing together policymakers and industry leaders to discuss the future of Europe’s digital economy and infrastructure.
The summit comes as the EU enters a key implementation phase of its digital agenda, including the rollout of the Digital Networks Act, reforms to EU merger rules, strengthened cybersecurity requirements, and emerging frameworks for cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Discussions will focus on whether Europe’s regulatory environment can support investment, innovation and global competitiveness.
Key topics include accelerating telecom network deployment, reforming competition policy to reflect innovation and scale, strengthening cybersecurity for critical infrastructure, and building Europe’s technological sovereignty through AI infrastructure, cloud capacity and advanced connectivity.
The event will feature panels and discussions with industry representatives and experts, including contributions from organisations such as GSMA, European Cyber Security Organisation, and the European DIGITAL SME Alliance, alongside policymakers and stakeholders from across Europe’s digital sector.
