Hundreds of new decisions added

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has updated its One-Stop-Shop (OSS) case digest on the GDPR rights to object and erasure, adding hundreds of new cross-border decisions adopted by European data protection authorities (DPAs).

The revised digest highlights how DPAs assess organisations’ compliance with these rights, the most common infringements, and the corrective measures imposed. It includes cases involving objections to direct marketing and requests to delete accounts or online data profiles.

Supporting consistent enforcement

Based on decisions published in the EDPB’s public register under the GDPR’s One-Stop-Shop mechanism, the digest provides an overview of enforcement trends across the EU.

The update was developed through the EDPB’s Support Pool of Experts programme, which aims to strengthen cooperation and enforcement capacity among European DPAs.
