The European Commission will hold a webinar on 10 February 2026 (10:30–12:30) to support the public consultation on draft guidelines for calculating reasonable compensation under Article 9 of the Data Act.

The session will allow stakeholders to share their views and contribute to the discussion before the guidelines are adopted.

Participation is online, and registration is required.
